How it works....

1-2-1 Personal Training | £45 per 60 minute session

Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly options available

1-2-1 PT

Sessions can be held either at the Littledown Centre BHLive in Bournemouth, or at Sandbanks Yacht Club*.

1-2-1 sessions provide the most comprehensive way to achieve your fitness goals. We do a full assessment before beginning any exercise plan through strength and fitness tests and assessing limtations in flexbility and mobility to ensure your plan is as bespoke as possible.

​

Each plan is designed to be different to keep things interesting and help you stay motivated for each session.

Training a client outside for summer personal training sessions

Prices:

Pay As You Go:

​

1-2-1 Personal Training | £45 per hour​

Group PT (2-4 people) | £60/£75/£80 per hour total respectively.

​

Block Sessions:

​

1 x Session per week - £160 - 4 session blocks 

        2 x Sessions per week - £300 - 8 session blocks

  3 x Sessions per week - £420 - 12 session blocks

 

 

Enhance your package:

Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching 'add-on' | +£150 ( 2 x consultations)

Fortnightly Dietary Analysis 'add-on' | +£100

What's included:

Initial Consultation - In person or online and will last no longer than 20 minutes. This allows us to go through your goals, and bespoke our service towards your needs to provide highly effective sessions.

60 minute 1-2-1 PT session - During your first session I will take you through a few  fitness and strength tests to benchmark your health and fitness level so we can track your progress. I ensure each and every session is tailored to you. Each session will work towards your end goal and is designed to be both enjoyable but also challenging. 

​

Body Composition and Progress Tracking - I'll get you on the biometric scales to assess your current weight and body fat percentage which will give us a benchmark and allow us to visually track your progress. Body measurements i.e. chest/hips can also be measured if desired as another way to monitor progress.

​

Initial Diet Analysis* - With new clients, I like to do a quick assessment of your current diet. I'll ask you to complete a 3-7 day food diary using the app LIBRO. This is so I can assess your current diet allowing me to provide your calorific needs, but also to get a good understanding of any areas that may need improvement to support your goals. This will be discussed during your first PT session.

Nutrition Guide & Recipe Ideas - I have crafted this guide to ensure you have the tools needed to manage your diet. Providing a point of reference that allows you to understand the basics will give you a solid foundation on managing the food your eat. I have also collated some of my tried and tested recipes to inspire and enhance your repertoire of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. If you enjoy the food you eat, you’re more likely to succeed in building healthy habits. â€‹

Additional 2-3 day program -  I can provide some basic plans for you to do on the days you are not training with me. This is usually in the form of a typical push/pull/legs split or an upper/lower body split depending on your goal and availabity to train. If you are new to the gym, I will take you through these sessions during the first couple of sessions so you can continue on your own. 

​

Your commitment - I'm not going to lie, expect to work hard. However don't fret, I give you all the support and expertise you need, and if you're dedicated and commit to your sessions I'm confident you'll see results.

Nutrition Coaching Add-On** - I will always provide nutritional guidance and delicious meal ideas, however if you're looking for a more complete package to target your health, add on Nutrition Coaching as an extra along with your PT sessions. You’ll sit down with Tom every 2 weeks for a 60 minute consultation to go through your diet and create a nutrition & lifestyle plan for optimal health .

*Dietary analysis is offered for monthly 1-2-1 Personal Training only and is done initially with each new client before their first session. You can opt for our fortnightly dietary analysis add-on also for regular check ins to see if you are on track
