Here at SeeChange Nutrition, I see health as something that should be, and not something that needs to be constantly achieved. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve optimum health. This is what SeeChange is all about, working with you to create a truly sustainable approach to living a healthy, happy lifestyle without the struggle to maintain endless diet plans.
I provide a range of services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you need Nutrition Coaching to guide you towards healthier eating and lifestyle habits, Personal Training sessions to help get you active or focus your workouts, or something more bespoke like Sports Nutrition if you're training for something specific like a marathon, or competition, I've got you covered. Using the latest research in the nutrition field to give you the best recommendations and plans possible, I aim to provide industry leading support and knowledge to get you were you need to be with your health.

My belief is that having a happy, healthy body and mind is simple, and with the right support, motivation and knowledge, anyone can achieve this. Good food is at the core of the SeeChange philosophy and creating a positive relationship with the food you eat, you can start to truly enjoy the healthy lifestyle as just your lifestyle.

Story
Hey, I'm Tom. I am a Qualified (MSc) & Registered Nutritionist (AfN). I also have a level 4 Diploma in Nutrition and lifestyle coaching and work as a Personal trainer. I specialize in long term health outcomes for active individuals, as well as being specialised in sports performance nutrition. I focus on building healthy habits for sustainable health. I have been interested in living a healthy lifestyle since I first stepped foot in a gym and from then it became a bit of an addiction. I also have a passion for extreme sports and the outdoors, and am usually kitesurfing, surfing, paddleboarding, skiing or hiking with my dog along the Dorset coastline.

Having studied Hospitality and Food at University, I learned basic cookery and driven by my healthy appetite to eat everything, I developed a repertoire of skills. This led me to pursue a career in food development, where I worked as a Product Developer at Mars Chocolate. My weakness in life, however, is travel and having caught the bug early on in life I have ventured away from the UK many times to live and travel. I have lived in USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. During this time, I realized that a healthy lifestyle is my priority & that healthy eating isn't defined by basic meals.

I gained my Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching from the Institute of Health Sciences based in the UK, and enhanced this with a CPD course specializing in personalized sports nutrition, as well as qualifying as a personal trainer in February 2020. I wanted to inspire and support anyone who wants to embrace a new, healthy way of living. Continuing my thirst for knowledge in this field, I then enrolled to study an MSc in Nutrition through Leeds Beckett University. Once I graduated I registered under the Association for Nutritionists as a Registered Nutritionist. I fully believe that 'health' is something that just should be & not something that needs to be constantly achieved. This is where the idea for SeeChange Nutrition sprouted from.
New diets, programs and quick fixes to health always end up as just a temporary solution. I discovered that with the right knowledge, eating healthily is something that shouldn't be thought too much about. The concept of removing foods from your diet because they are considered "unhealthy" is counterproductive, to really enjoy the food you eat, its best to see it in a holistic way. Balancing your diet around the way you live and staying active through things you enjoy the most is truly the only sustainable way to live healthily. When you experience the benefits of this lifestyle, you realize why you changed in the first place.
